The First Law Against Domestic Violence In China Does Not Include LGBTQ People

The LGBT community has not been included in the first domestic anti-violence law of China.

Although in almost all parts of China, protection laws against violence in families are in place, it lacked a federal law. 10 years were needed to get it.

The law, which takes effect in March, has been widely well received but what about us?
