Following the decision of North Carolina to vote an anti-trans law, a seven-year-old boy went to the streets with banners to protest against it and show his support for his transgender best friend.

US District Judge Robert Hinkle did not like that state officials regard the marriage law as non-existent, especially because he is the judge who had changed it to allow marriage equality.

Indeed, Judge Hinkle had repealed the marriage protection law in August 2014 and his decision was to take effect in January 2015.

So he decided to regard this attempt by state officials in a movement they called "for a history of resistance against same-sex marriage" as totally unconstitutional.

Mississippi Governor Approves Religious Freedom Law

We will have hoped to the end that the Governor of Mississippi does as governor of Georgia and of Virginia and is opposed to the religious freedom law. Unfortunately, that was not the case since  Governor Phil Bryant signed the House Bill 1523 into law.

Let's be briefly back to the religious protection bill that was debated in the Senate of Mississippi just to tell you that the senators approved the House Bill 1523, which prevents the government to prosecute any person or business that does not want to serve LGBT people.
